I've just started living full-time in my van. I'm planning to spend the winter in Spain and/or Portugal. I'd appreciate any tips and new contacts.

I’m based in Switzerland and I’m pretty flexible when it comes to the destination – Spain, Portugal, Croatia or simply somewhere warmer would be great. I’m especially interested in travelling by campervan and enjoying the journey rather than rushing from one place to another. There’s just one important little detail: I have two absolutely adorable budgies, Blue and Yellow 🐦🐦, and I would really love to bring them along. They’re used to being together and would travel safely in their cage while driving. Ideally, they could occasionally fly around inside the camper when we’re parked and everything is safely closed. I’m looking for friendly, easy-going people who enjoy travelling, exploring new places and having a good time together. Of course, I’d be happy to contribute towards fuel and other travel costs. If you’re planning a longer camper trip in January and think the three of us might fit in, I’d love to hear from you! 😊🚐☀️
